At 18:00 on August 25, Unit 3 of the Phase II project at Guoneng Shenhua Jiujiang , equipped with a turbine-generator set supplied by Harbin Electric Turbine Company, successfully completed its 168-hour full-load reliability test run. Throughout the test period, all systems operated stably with key technical parameters, including vibration and bearing metal temperatures, maintained within safe limits. This milestone confirms that the unit has met all requirements for formal commercial operation, adding significant new capacity to Jiangxi Province's energy supply.

As a key construction project in Jiangxi Province's 14th Five-Year Plan for energy development, the Guoneng Shenhua Jiujiang Power Plant Phase II Expansion Project (2×1000MW) utilizes HTC's high-efficiency 1000MW-class double-reheat ultra-supercritical steam turbines. The turbines integrate seven core proprietary technologies: third-generation steam admission valves, tangential spiral casing admission, high-efficiency reaction-type flow path, inner casings with shrunk-on ring seals, cast low-pressure inner casings, an Advanced Integrated Sealing (AIS) system, and 1000MW deep-load-regulation blades. Through innovative application of these technologies, the units achieve comprehensive upgrades from steam parameters to the regenerative system, alongside dual optimization of performance indicators and operational flexibility. This elevates the overall unit performance to industry-advanced levels, fully meeting stringent requirements for deep peaking regulation, high efficiency, and ultra-low emissions.
