We are making continuous exploitation to promote the optimization and development of nuclear power industry with, have established tremendous strength in designing and manufacturing Hualong-1, AP1000, high-temperature gas-cooled reactors, nuclear small reactors, VVER nuclear power turbine units, and made breakthroughs in the comprehensive utilization of nuclear energy and high-temperature gas-cooled reactors and achieved extensive market performance.
  • Hualong-1
    We developed "Hualong-1" steam turbine technology with fully independent intellectual property rights based on the well-proven 3rd-generation conventional nuclear power island design system. Currently, Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power Project Phase II is being implemented.
  • AP1000
    We possess advanced AP1000 steam turbine technology and well-proven 1000MW class nuclear power design system. We designed, manufactured and successfully put into operation the world's first AP1000 nuclear power turbine.
  • HTGR
    We developed the world's leading steam turbine for the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor (HTGR) of 4th-generation nuclear island. It can be used for power generation and simultaneously meet various industrial steam extraction demands such as HP steam, IP steam and district heating.
  • CPR600
    We developed CPR600 nuclear turbine of fully independent intellectual property rights with advanced technologies such as bowed blades, moisture-removal and erosion-proof design and fully free-standing L-0 blades.
  • VVER-1000
    The 1000MW class VVER-1000 nuclear turbine technology of fully independent intellectual properties has been successfully applied in the Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant Phase II, with output exceeding the guaranteed value and excellent technical indicators.
  • CAP1400
    Integrated with the most advanced technologies such as pre-twist assembled blades of HE Turbine, simplified HP turbine with asymmetric extractions, LP turbine with “double independent” support structure, mature and reliable 1800mm class L-0 long blades, efficient moisture separator & reheater and condenser adaptable to multiple backpressure requirements, it is a high-capacity nuclear power product with a power up to 1500MW.
  • Nuclear small reactor
    We supply steam turbine units for small reactors used in nuclear power platforms to provide heat to nearby islands, provide safe and effective energy supply to remote islands, and also provide power and energy for large ships offshore oil extraction and seawater desalination.
  • Auxiliary Equipment
    HE Turbine is capable of supply mature and reliable auxiliary equipment products for nuclear power turbines, including condensers, LP heaters, MSR (moisture separator & reheater) etc. Through independent research on MSR technology, it developed a new two-bundle and four-flow MSR with significantly improved performance compared to the four-bundle and two-flow MSR. A complete MSR design system has gradually been formed, and successfully verified in Tianwan Units 3 and 4.
  • Industrial steam supply from nuclear energy
    HTC possesses advanced design technology for industrial steam supply from nuclear energy, can supply advanced steam generation and overheating system solutions according to user system configuration requirements, has studied the structural design of kettle steam generator with double phase changes, drum steam generators with double phase changes and steam-steam heat exchangers with large temperature difference, and provides services such as steam generation system configuration optimization and related heat exchange equipment design and supply.
